电源模块长时间运行会散发大量热量,导热灌封胶旨在及时传导热量,防潮阻燃,并提升保护强度。
在通风不是很好的壳装电源(或密闭式电源),那些高发热密度的功率器件必须能够与附近的金属壳或散热器相接触以便把热量传导到壳体并散发出去,宝特威系列灌封胶专为模块散热而研发。产品流动性好,室温或加热固化,导热率高,具有UL认证,可保证模块在-50℃ ~+200℃环境下稳定运行。
