导热填缝
导热填缝胶作为优秀的导热界面,是连接PCB热源和邻近的元器件或者散热片之间理想的弹性导热体。
宝特威导热填缝胶是液态的热传导性的间隙填充材料,可用于热源器件间或器件与壳体间的不规则缝的填充。产品具有突出的胶状模量,优良的压缩形变和稳定性,可以填充到那些高发热密度的功率器件与附近的金属壳或散热器,使它们互相连通以便把热量散发到壳体。
宝特威导热填缝胶在固化前,具有油脂一样的流动性;固化后不会被界面萃取从而形成一个热循环。产品低模量,高导热,可有效填充元器件间隙,全面提升散热性能。
